All KICSTM workshop registration fees as well as product and service fees are nonrefundable. Full payment of fees at the time of registration secures your workshop enrolment. For public speaking, private events and 1:1 sessions, full payment is required prior to the engagement of our KICSTM Coach. Public speaking, private events, and 1:1 session fees are non-refundable.
Full pre-payment is required to secure your appointment(s) with the KICSTM Virtual Coach. Cash and online payments are the only acceptable forms of payment. We will not accept cheques. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Please provide 24-hours advanced notice via email to reschedule your appointment in the event you are unable to attend the ZOOM video session. Failure to do so, does not entitle you to a “make-up” session. There is no refund or credit for missed sessions with our KICSTM Virtual Coach.
If a client misses the KICSTM Virtual Coach appointment, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend the ZOOM video session with the KICSTM Virtual Coach, then you must notify us within 24 hours to reschedule via email at [email protected]. Students under 18 years of age must co-enroll along with their parents in order to purchase the KICSTM Virtual Coach services. All sessions will be kept in the strictest of confidentiality.
