By using the KICSTM website, you can purchase an array of practical organizational solutions and services as well as gift certificates. All product and service purchases on this website are exclusively subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the iAspirationsTM Privacy Policy and Terms of Use within this website (“Terms & Conditions”) and will override any contradictory terms and/or conditions. We can and will make changes to the website and our Terms and Conditions at any time.
Sales Tax
As a registered company of Bermuda, iAspirationsTM Limited does not collect and remit sales tax.
Prices
Prices listed on our website are current but prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
Payment Terms
All purchases must be prepaid in full via cash or online payments only. All KICSTM workshop registration fees as well as product and service fees are nonrefundable. Full payment of fees at the time of registration secures your workshop enrolment. For public speaking, private events and 1:1 sessions, full payment is required prior to the engagement of our KICSTM Coach. Public speaking, private events and 1:1 session fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
By using the iAspirationsTM Limited website, you agree that use of this site is at your own risk. The Website and all products and services sold are provided and sold on as “As Is” basis by iAspirationsTM Limited. You agree to bear all risks and responsibilities for the use of this website and any products and/or services purchased from iAspirationsTM Limited. To the maximum extent of the law, iAspirationsTM Limited disclaims all warranties with respect to the website. No oral or written information given by iAspirationsTM Limited shall create a warranty.
Under no circumstances shall iAspirationsTM Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Website or your use of any products purchased from us, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the website. The limitation of liability shall apply in any action whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if iAspirationsTM Limited has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that this shall apply to all content and products and services available through iAspirationsTM Limited’s Website and is part of iAspirationsTM Limited’s bargain with you and iAspirationsTM Limited would not accept any order from you without such limitation.

You agree to indemnify and hold iAspirationsTM Limited and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses to any claims or actions brought against iAspirationsTM Limited occurring from your use of this Website as well as your use of any products purchased by iAspirationsTM Limited.
Termination of Use
iAspirationsTM Limited may, under its discretion, close or terminate your account or your use of kicssystems.com at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you placed or charges incurred prior to the termination. iAspirationsTM Limited reserves the right to change, suspend or cease all or any parts of its Website without prior notice.
Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined invalid or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the term will be served and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all performance and claims of any nature between you and iAspirationsTM Limited shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda.
No Waiver
The failure of any party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions as well as any failure to act with respect to a breach, will not constitute as a waiver or right or provision or that party’s right to act with subsequent or same breaches.
COVID-19 Protocols
In light of the current norms, social distancing will be strictly enforced, and we will be adhering to safety measures. This includes employing head or hand-wrist temperature checks, hand sanitizers and facial masks. If a participant’s temperature reading is over 37.5° Celsius (or 99° F), then he or she will not be allowed to enter the room and will be advised to go back home.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Given the nature of KICSTM products and services, non-disclosure agreements will be administered for all KICSTM virtual engagements. This is our intellectual property, and we must protect it at all times. Prior to any virtual engagements with a KICSTM Coach, all parents of minors must complete and sign the NDA. If a student is 18 years and older, then he or she must complete and sign the NDA. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the KICSTM virtual session(s).
Reproduction and Redistribution
All electronic devices must be turned off during the in-person class instructions. Participants are not allowed to take pictures, screen shots and video recordings during the in-person or virtual classes. Any reproduction of the KICSTM materials will be met with swift legal action.
